Práce se zaměřuje na zjištění přítomnosti mobbingu a jeho forem ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení, ověří povědomí nadřízených pracovníků o výskytu fenoménu a znalost postupů při jeho řešení. Cílem práce je zjistit vliv mobbingu na atmosféru na pracovišti (výkonnost), případně zda je jeho přítomnost vnímaná i pacienty. This thesis focuses on the presence of mobbing and its forms in a chosen health care facility, its aim is to prove awareness of this phenomenon by the superiors and their knowledge about solution techniques. The goal of this thesis is to find out the influence of mobbing on the atmosphere at a working place (efficiency), eventually if its presence is observed by patients.
