Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem psychologické podpory dětí vyrůstajících v dětských domovech. Cílem práce je získat komplexní přehled o tom, jak je tato podpora poskytována, jaká je její dostupnost, význam a vnímaná efektivita, a to především z pohledu odborníků, kteří v této oblasti působí. Výzkum si klade za cíl rovněž identifikovat slabá místa současného systému a navrhnout možnosti jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část představuje systém náhradní péče v České republice, přičemž důraz je kladen na fungování dětských domovů. Dále se věnuje psychické zátěži dětí v ústavní péči, zejména ve vztahu k citové deprivaci, narušenému socioemočnímu vývoji a komplexnímu vývojovému traumatu. Závěrečná kapitola vymezuje pojem psychologické podpory a přibližuje ho v kontextu prostředí dětského domova. Empirická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky působícími v oblasti psychologické péče. Data byla analyzována pomocí reflexivní tematické analýzy. Výsledky ukazují na značnou variabilitu v organizaci i dostupnosti péče, nedostatek systémové podpory a absenci legislativního ukotvení pozice psychologa v dětských domovech. Práce tak nabízí konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení současné praxe i systémových podmínek psychologické podpory. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA... This bachelor's thesis explores the topic of psychological support for children growing up in children's homes. The aim of the thesis is to gain a comprehensive overview of how this support is provided, its availability, perceived significance and effectiveness, primarily from the perspective of professionals working in the field. The research also seeks to identify weaknesses in the current system and propose options for its improvement. The theoretical part presents the system of substitute care in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the functioning of children's homes. It further addresses the psychological burden faced by children in institutional care, particularly in relation to emotional deprivation, disrupted socio-emotional development, and complex developmental trauma. The final chapter defines the concept of psychological support and discusses its application in the context of children's homes. The empirical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with professionals in the fields of psychological care. The data was analysed using reflexive thematic analysis.
