Metodika navazuje na předchozí stejnojmennou metodiku z roku 2019, přičemž zásadní inovativní přístup této nové metodiky spočívá v odvození návrhových šestihodinových úhrnů srážek na základě kombinace dvacetileté řady adjustovaných radarových měření a třiceti a víceletých řad ze srážkoměrů. Druhou důležitou inovací je stanovení pravděpodobností výskytu šesti průběhů srážek v kombinaci s vyjádřením možného výskytu zvýšeného předchozího nasycení. Metodika má sloužit jako návod pro navrhování vodohospodářských opatření v ploše povodí a na drobných vodních tocích. Hlavním nástrojem těchto návrhů je hydrologické modelování. Metodika je pomocníkem pro správnou volbu modelu, návrhových srážek a pro účelné navrhování vodohospodářských staveb v České republice. Navrhovaná opatření mimo jiné slouží k ochraně půdního fondu jako protierozní opatření, anebo k retenci či bezpečnému převádění povodňových průtoků. Realizována mohou být například v rámci komplexních pozemkových úprav. The methodology follows on from the previous methodology of the same name from 2019, with the fundamental innovative approach of this new methodology consisting in deriving design six-hour precipitation totals based on a combination of a twenty-year series of adjusted radar measurements and thirty-year and more series from rain gauges. The second important innovation is the determination of the probabilities of occurrence of six precipitation courses in combination with an expression of the possible occurrence of increased previous saturation. The methodology is intended to serve as a guide for designing water management measures in the basin area and on small watercourses. The main tool for these designs is hydrological modeling. The methodology is an aid for the correct choice of model, design precipitation and for the purposeful design of water management structures in the Czech Republic. The proposed measures serve, among other things, to protect the soil fund as an anti-erosion measure, or to retain or safely divert flood flows. They can be implemented, for example, as part of comprehensive land development.\n
