Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro stavbu zdravotnicko-sociálního zařízení dětského hospice, s uplatněním metody BIM. Na základě provedené analýzy a následného návrhu dispozičního řešení stavby vytvořen projekt s názvem Dětský hospic „Dům pro Amálku“. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, s částečným podsklepením a částečným druhým nadzemním podlažím. Součástí objektu je uzavřené venkovní atrium. Střechy jsou navrženy jako ploché, s využitím formou pochozích teras. Objekt je samostatně stojící, osazen na mírně svažité parcele v okrajové části centra obce Bystřice, kde svým umístěním spadá do pomyslného komplexu zařízení pro vzdělávání a výchovu, sociální a zdravotní služby. Konstrukční systém stavby je navržen jako stěnový, zděný z keramických tvárnic, stropní konstrukce jsou řešeny jako ŽB monolitické desky, schodiště jako ŽB prefabrikovaný prvek. Objekt je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu, suterén řešen formou bílé vany, z vodonepropustného betonu. Střešní konstrukce je navržena jako plochá, jednoplášťová. Objekt zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Součástí práce je nejen technické řešení konstrukcí, ale také zohlednění legislativních požadavků dle platných nařízení a norem. Práce je zaměřena na všechny klíčové etapy tvorby projektové dokumentace, s ohledem na navržení budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie a využitím obnovitelných zdrojů. The aim of this master’s thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of a healthcare and social facility, specifically a children’s hospice, using the BIM method. Based on the analysis and subsequent design of the layout of the building, a project called Children's Hospice "House for Amálka" was created. The building is designed as a two-story building, with a partial cellar and a partial second floor. The building includes an enclosed outdoor atrium. The roofs are designed as flat warm roofs and utilized as walkable terraces. The building is free-standing structure, situated on the outskirts of the village center of Bystřice, where its location falls into an imaginary complex of facilities for education and upbringing, social care and health services. The structural system of the building is designed as a wall system made of ceramic blocks, the ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs, the staircase as a reinforced concrete prefabricated element. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete, the cellar is constructed as a white tub, using waterproof concrete. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof. The building is insulated with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The work includes not only the technical design of the structures, but also consideration of legislative requirements according to applicable regulations and standards. The thesis focuses on all key stages of creating project documentation, with emphasis on designing a nearly zero-energy building and the use of renewable resources.
