Návrhový a evidenční list nemateriálního statku tradiční lidové kultury, který vedl k zápisu Pivní kultury v ČR do Seznamu nemateriálních statků tradiční lidové kultury České republiky. Obsahuje zejména (1) identifikaci navrhovaného statku: název a zařazení statku do oblasti tradiční lidové kultury, stručný popis současné podoby, časové zařazení a periodicitu projevu, zeměpisnou lokalizaci výskytu a nositele, (2) opatření pro uchování, ochranu a propagaci statku: objektivní faktory ohrožující existenci a životaschopnost statku, záchovná opatření ad., (3) zdůvodnění kandidatury v podobě popisu společenských funkcí a kulturních významů statku pro nositele, jeho role v životě společnosti a způsobů předávání, význam z hlediska identity, kulturního dědictví a jedinečnosti statku. Součástí přihlášky jsou také příslušné administrativní údaje a povinné přílohy, zejména pak podrobný popis statku, který věcně rozvíjí zdůvodnění kandidatury popisem české pivní kultury. Proposal and registration form for the intangible element of traditional folk culture that served as the basis for the inclusion of beer culture in the Czech Republic in the List of intangible elements of traditional folk culture of the Czech republic. It primarily includes (1) identification of the proposed element: name and classification within the domain of traditional folk culture, brief description of its current form, time classification and frequency of manifestation, geographical location and bearers of the tradition, (2) measures for preservation, protection, and promotion: objective factors threatening the existence and viability of the cultural element, conservation measures and related efforts, (3) justification for the nomination: description of the social functions and cultural significance for its bearers, its role in society and ways of transmission, its importance in terms of identity, cultural heritage, and uniqueness. The application also includes administrative data and mandatory annexes, particularly a detailed description of the cultural element, further elaborating on the justification for the nomination through an in-depth portrayal of Czech beer culture.
