Cíl práce je prozkoumat postup pedagogických pracovníků při podezření na vznik syndromu CAN, také si odpovědět na otázku zda postup opravdu probíhá tak, jak je zákonně dáno a vyslechnout názor na tuto problematiku pedagogů, kteří mají již nějaké zkušenosti. V teoretické části bude definován syndrom CAN a povinnost pedagogických pracovníků řešit podezření, dle zákona č. 40/2009 Sb., Trestního zákoníku v paragrafech 364-368 (povinnost nahlášení trestnéhočinu) a zákona č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálně- právní ochraně dětí,s novelizací v roce 2012. Dále by se práce zaměřila na další postup po nahlášení příslušným orgánům. V praktické části budou vytvořeny otázky a realizován rozhovor s pedagogickými pracovníky na prvním stupni základníchškol. Otázky se budou zaměřovat na postup při podezření na tento syndrom,komu oznámit problémypři podezření na zneužívání v rodině a jakse dále zapojovat. Následovat budou otázky na případnou prevenci (jestli nějaká je a funguje), nebo zda by byla dle názoru pedagoga vůbec možná. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA syndrom CAN, podezření, pedagogický postup, informovanost The aim of the thesis is to examine the procedure of pedagogical staff in case of suspicion of CAN syndrome, also to answer the question whether the procedure is really carried out as it is legally given and to listen to the opinion on this issue of teachers who already have some experience. The theoretical part will define the CAN syndrome and the obligation of pedagogical staff to deal with suspicions, according to Act No. 40/2009 Coll., the Criminal Code in sections 364-368 (obligation to report a crime) and Act No. 359/1999 Coll., on social and legal protectionof children,with amendment in 2012. Furthermore,the work would focus on the further procedure after reporting to the competent authorities. In the practical part, questions will be developed and interviews will be conducted with teaching staff at the first level of primary schools. The questions will focus on the procedure to follow when suspecting this syndrome, to whom to report problems when suspecting abuse in the family and how to get further involved. This will be followed by questions on possible prevention (if there is any and if it works), or if, in the opinion of the educator, it would be possible at all.
