Název: Strategie vybraného sportovního subjektu Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je formulovat strategii Sportclubu Řevnice, z.s. Metody: Kvalitativní polostrukturované rozhovory, Focus group, Analýza dokumentů, Tafflerův bankrotní model, Kralickův quicktest, Modifikovaný hodnotový řetězec Výsledky: V rámci finanční analýzy byla zjištěna převažující bonita klubu, která byla nalomena v roce 2020 kvůli pandemii covidu. Také byly zaznamenány výkyvy plynoucí z investic do dlouhodobého majetku. Hodnotový řetězec přinesl komplexní pohled na sledovaný subjekt a odhalil aktuální finanční výzvu v podobě splácení leasingu. Na základě těchtoinformací a informací získaných v rámci předešlé bakalářské práce zabývající se stejným subjektem byly vybrány strategie lídra na trhu a strategie diferenciace. Následně byly stanoveny tři hlavní strategické oblasti - zapojení do klubu lidí z nových cílových skupin, diferenciaci nabízeného produktu díky zajišťování nadstandardní kvality tréninků a zajištění veškerých nadstandardních sportovních služeb pro všechny členy klubu a zajištění finanční stability. Z těch poté vychází struktura cílů a aktivit k naplnění těchto cílů. Methods: Qualitative semi-structured interviews, Focus group, Document analysis, Taffler's bankruptcy model, Kralicek's quicktest, Modified value chain Results: The financial analysis revealed a generally good creditworthiness of the club, which was compromised in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fluctuations resulting from investments in long-term assets were also noted. The value chain provided a comprehensive view of the monitored entity and uncovered a current financial challenge in the form of leasing repayment. Based on this information and the information obtained in the previous bachelor's thesis dealing with the same subject. Market leader strategy combined with differentiation strategy were selected, setting three main strategic areas: engaging new target groups in the club, differentiating the offered product by ensuring premium quality training, and providing all premium sports services for all club members while ensuring financial stability.
