Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikační schopnosti dětí v první třídě základního vzdělávání. Cílem této práce je zjistit pohled pedagogických pracovníků na komunikační dovednosti u dětí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní časti, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které se zmíněnou problematikou souvisí. Je to například komunikace, její druhy, způsoby a dále psychomotorický vývoj, se kterým jsou spojované vady řeči. Tyto teoretické poznatky jsou uplatněny v části druhé, praktické, která zjišťuje, jaký mají pedagogičtí pracovníci pohled na komunikační schopnosti dětí, jaké s tím mají zkušenosti a jak podle nich tyto dovednosti u dětí co nejlépe rozvíjet. Pro zodpovězení těchto otázek byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, který se problémem zabývá detailněji, konkrétně polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří pět pedagogických pracovnic, žen, které jsou třídními učitelkami v prvních třídách na prvním stupni ZŠ. The bachelor thesis focuses on the communication skills of children in the first grade of primary education. The aim of this thesis is to find out the perspective of teaching staff on communication skills in children. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the concepts related to the mentioned issue are explained. It is, for example, communication, its types and methods, as well as psychomotor development, with which speech defects are associated. This theoretical knowledge is applied in the second part, the practical part, which investigates how pedagogical staff view children's communication skills, what experience they have with this, and how they think these skills can best be developed in children. In order to answer these questions, qualitative research that deals with the issue in more detail was chosen, namely a semi-structured interview. The research sample consists of five female teachers who are classroom teachers in the first grades of primary school.
