Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci mladých dospělých k činnosti lektorů ve vzdělávání seniorů. Cílem práce je představit lektorskou činnosti, motivaci k ní a její funkce v kontextu vzdělávání seniorů. V jednotlivých částech jsou rozebrána specifika vzdělávání seniorů, rozdíly a bariéry spojené s tímto typem vzdělávání a také metody, které lze při vzdělávání seniorů využít. Pozornost je věnována také hlavním poskytovatelům vzdělávání seniorů. Další část práce se zabývá předpoklady pro práci lektora ve vzdělávání seniorů, včetně kompetencí, didaktických zásad a přípravy lektorů pro práci s touto cílovou skupinou. Jsou zmiňovány jak oblasti výuky, tak možná rizika, kterým mladí lektoři ve vzdělávání seniorů mohou čelit. Součástí práce je kvalitativní empirické šetření, které bylo realizováno pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sedmi respondenty. Jako respondenti byli osloveni mladí lektoři, kteří mají zkušenost se vzděláváním seniorů. Cílem empirického šetření je zjistit motivy mladých lektorů pro začátek a pokračování v působení v organizacích poskytujících vzdělávání pro seniory. Sledovány jsou oblasti motivace pro práci se seniory, specifika práce lektorů, výzvy spojené s prací lektorů, vzdělávání a zkušenostem a pociťované rizikové situace v práci se seniory. The bachelor thesis focuses on the motivation of young adults to act as educators in the education of the elderly.The aim of the thesis is to present senior education and its functions in the context of changes in old age. The specifics of senior education, the differences and barriers associated with this type of education, as well as the methods that can be used in senior education are discussed in the different sections. Attention is also paid to the main providers of senior education. The next part of the thesis deals with the prerequisites for the work of a educator in the education of the elderly, including competences, didactic principles and the preparation of lecturers to work with this target group. Both the areas of teaching and the possible risks that young educators in senior education may face are mentioned. The thesis includes a qualitative empirical investigation, which was carried out using semi-structured interviews with seven respondents. Young educators who have experience in educating the elderly were approached as respondents. The aim of the empirical investigation is to find out the motives of young lecturers for starting and continuing to work in organisations providing education for the elderly.
