1 Abstrakt Název: Využití konkrétního Canvas modelu v kontextu vzniku podniku se sportovním vybavením z druhé ruky Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je předložení vypracovaného konkrétního Canvas modelu pro podnik se sportovním vybavením z druhé ruky. Hotový model by měl ukázat, zda má založení takového podniku smysl a jaké jsou jeho šance na úspěch na trhu. Metody: Práce kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkumné metody. V první řadě provádí anketu a na základě jejích výsledků jsou sestaveny otázky pro rozhovory. Finální použitou metodou je tvorba modelu Lean Canvas. Výsledky: Výsledkem je vypracovaný návrh modelu Lean Canvas pro založení podniku se sportovním vybavením z druhé ruky. The finished model should show whether the establishment of such a business makes sense and what are its chances of success on the market. Methods: The thesis combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. First of all, it conducts a survey, and based on its results, interview questions are compiled. The final method that was used is the creation of a Lean Canvas model. Results: The result is a proposal for a Lean Canvas model for setting up a second-hand sports equipment store.
