Autor: Adam Pavlů Název: Použití regeneračních procedur ve fotbale u hráčů dorostu a dospělých Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit využití jednotlivých regeneračních procedur u aktivních hráčů v kategorii dorostu a mužů. Dále zjistit, jaké mají jednotlivé regenerační procedury vliv na psychickou a fyzickou stránku každého hráče, jak se po ní cítí a jak to ovlivní jejich sportovní výkony. Metody: Práce je zpracována formou systematické rešerše. Ke zpracování teoretické části byly použity domácí i zahraniční literární zdroje a odborné zahraniční články. Literární zdroje pro rešerši byly vyhledány zadáním klíčových slov do vědecké databáze Google Scholar. Materiální podklad pro zpracování praktické části jsem získal pomocí anketového šetření. Výsledky: Konečné využití regeneračních procedur v rámci tohoto klubu není příliš příznivé. Necelé tři čtvrtiny hráčů (68,2 %) nemají možnost využívat žádnou regenerační proceduru. Co se týče individuální regenerace, tak přesně polovina hráčů (50 %) nevyužívá k zotavení sportovní masáž. Stejná statistika se ukázala i u regenerace saunováním. Více jak polovina hráčů (54,5 %) dále nevyužívá ani vířivé koupele, otužování nebo jiné regenerační procedury. Naopak u většiny hráčů měla hojné zastoupení regenerace pohybem. Author: Adam Pavlů Title: Using regeneration procedures in football by young and elite players Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to find out the use of individual regeneration procedures in active players in the adolescent and male categories. Next, find out how individual regeneration procedures affect the psychological and physical side of each player, how it makes them feel and how it affects their sports performance. Methods: The thesis is processed in the form of a systematic research. Domestic and foreign literary resources and scholarly foreign articles were used to process the theoretical part. I obtained the material basis for the processing of the practical part through the questionnairy survey. Results: The final use of regeneration procedures within this club is not very favourable. Less than three quarters of players (68,2 %) do not have the option of using any regeneration procedure. In terms of individual regeneration, exactly half of the players (50 %) do not use sports massage for recovery. The same statistics were shown for sauna regeneration. More than half of the players (54,5 %) also do not use whirlpool baths, hardening or other regeneration procedures.
