Název: Kompenzace svalových dysbalancí u dívek starší fotbalové přípravky Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit jaké svalové dysbalance se nejčastěji vyskytují u dívek starší fotbalové přípravky (WU11) SK Slavia Praha a na základě výsledků vstupního testování vytvořit jednoduchý kompenzační program, který bude snadno aplikovatelný v praxi. Dalším cílem je porovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního měření, kde by měly případné zlepšené výkony reflektovat efektivitu kompenzačního programu (cvičení). Metody: Práce je teoreticko - empirického charakteru. Jedná se o profesní práci, pilotní studii s charakteristikou quasiexperimentu. Design práce je koncipován jako vstupní test - intervence (kompenzační cvičení) - re-test (výstupní test). Jednalo se o testy: Matthiasův test, Trendelenburgova zkouška, Sit and reach test, svalový test zkrácených flexorů kyčelního kloubu a brániční test. Kompenzační program probíhal po dobu 6 měsíců. Výzkum byl prováděn u 19 dívek (10-11 let) z fotbalového klubu SK Slavia Praha kategorie WU11. Výsledky: Z výstupního testování jsme zjistili, že došlo ke zlepšení výsledků u většiny probandek v jednotlivých testech. Největší zlepšení bylo zaznamenáno v Matthiasově testu a Trendelenburg - Duchennově zkoušce, které hodnotí správnost držení těla. V obou testech bylo u 10... 7 Abstract Title: Compensation of muscular imbalances in girls of older football preparation Objectives: The main objective of this study was to determine which muscle imbalances are most common in girls of the older football team (WU11) SK Slavia Praha and to create a simple compensatory program that can be easily applied in practice. The next goal is to compare the results of input and output measurements, where any improved performance should reflect the effectiveness of the compensatory program (exercise). Methods: The thesis is theoretical and empirical in nature. It is a professional work, a pilot study with the characteristics of a quasiexperiment. The design of the thesis is conceived as an entry test - intervention (compensatory exercise) - re-test (exit test). The tests were: the Matthias test, the Trendelenburg test, the Sit and reach test, the hip flexor shortening muscle test and the diaphragm test. The compensation programme was carried out over a period of 6 months. The study was conducted on 19 girls (10-11 years) from the football club SK Slavia Prague, category WU11. Results: From the exit testing we found that there was an improvement in the results of most probands in each test.
