Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část obsahuje teoretickou stránku cílové problematiky spojenou s motivací zaměstnanců a motivačními faktory, kde uvádím základní poznatky v těchto oblastech, což napomáhá k dalšímu vývoji práce. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení současné situace společnosti v rovině motivace zaměstnanců prostřednictvím průzkumu. S přihlédnutím k výsledkům a zjištěným skutečnostem jsem následně vytvořil návrh pro zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti, který může firma použít v praxi pro zvýšení produktivity zaměstnanců. The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first theoretical part contains the theoretical aspect of the target issue related to employee motivation and motivational factors, where I present the basic knowledge in these areas, which helps to further develop the work. The practical part contains an evaluation of the current situation of the company in terms of employee motivation through a survey. Taking into account the results and findings, I then develop a proposal for improving employee motivation in the company, which can be used by the company in practice to increase employee productivity.
