Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace rodinného domu s provozovnou. Rodinný dům je umístěn na rovinném pozemku v zastavěném území obce Svinošice. Objekt je částečně podsklepený s dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Objekt je založen na základových pasech, je postaven ze systému POROTHERM. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou navrženy monolitické železobetonové. Střešní konstrukce objektu je řešena kombinací ploché a sedlové střechy. Zastavěná plocha objektu je 315 m2. This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for a detached house with a parlor in Svinošice, Czech Republic. The single-family house sits on a flat plot within the village’s built-up area. The design incorporates a partial basement and two floors above ground. The structure is based on basic passports and the horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roof system consists of a combination of a flat roof and a gable roof. The footprint of the building is 315 m2.
