Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možností využití pelet vyrobených z houbového mycelia korálovce ježatého jako nosiče aromatických látek. Jako aromatická látka byl zvolen odpuzovače zvěře používaný při aplikaci na pachové ohradníky. Cílem práce bylo zjistit účinnost houbové pelety jako nosiče pro účinnou látku v odpuzovači zvěře, dobu účinku aromatické látky a vliv prostředí na vyprchání aromatické látky. Jako metoda pro stanovení vyprchání aromatické látky byla zvolena plynová chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí. Pro zjištění doby účinky byly vzorky houbových pelet odebírány v daných časových intervalech. Z výsledků měření je patrné, že houbové pelety jsou vhodným nosičem pro aromatické látky. This bachelor thesis focuses on the possibility of using fungal pellets made from the mycelium of Hericium erinaceus as carriers of aromatic substances. The chosen aromatic substance was wildlife repellent used in the application of scent detergents. The aim of the work was to determine the effectiveness of fungal pellets as a carrier for the active substance in wildlife repellent, the duration of the effect of the aromatic substance and the impact of the environment on the volatility of the aromatic substance. The chosen method for the determination of volatility was gas chromatography with mass detection. To determine the time of effectiveness, samples of fungal pellets were tested at given time intervals. From the results, it is evident that the fungal pellets are a suitable carrier for aromatic substances.
