Tato diplomová práce se zabývá reverzním inženýrstvím zadaných ozubených kol. První část se věnuje teoretické rešerši problematiky kuželových ozubených kol, pevnostním výpočtům ozubení a vad, které mohou při provozu nastat. Následuje popis výroby kuželových kol se šikmými zuby a nejčastějším tepelným zpracováním ozubených kol. Ve druhé části je kladen důraz na samotné zpracování reverzního inženýrství, kde je popsána digitalizace ozubených kol a jejich převod na objemové těleso v CAD softwaru. Po získání klíčových rozměrů ozubeného soukolí je proveden analytický výpočet únosnosti v dotyku a ohybu, doprovázený numerickým výpočtem metodou konečných prvků ke zjištění ohybového napětí v patě zubu. Verifikace rozměrů je provedena rozměrovou analýzou ve speciálním softwaru k případnému odhalení odchylek a nepřesností při konstrukci podle 3D skenu. Poslední část se věnuje návrhu technologického postupu výroby ozubených kol, následně dle kterého bylo zpracováno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení přípravy a samotné výroby ozubených kol. Výkresová dokumentace byla zhotovena na základě 3D objemových modelů vytvořených dle naskenovaných ozubených kol. This thesis addresses the reverse engineering of the assigned gears. The first part is dedicated to a theoretical review of the issues related to bevel gears, strength calculations of the gearing and defects that can occur during operation. This is followed by the production of bevel gears with helical teeth and the most common heat treatment of gears. The second part emphasizes the actual process of reverse engineering, describing the digitization of gears and their conversion into a solid body in CAD software. After obtaining the key dimensions of the gear set, an analytical calculation of the load capacity in contact and bending is performed, accompanied by a numerical calculation using the finite element method to determine the bending stress at the tooth root. Dimension verification is conducted through dimensional analysis in specialized software to potentially reveal deviations and inaccuracies in construction based on 3D scanning. The final part deals with the design of the technological process for the production of gears, followed by a technical-economic assessment of the preparation and actual production of the gears. The drawing documentation was created based on the 3D volumetric models generated from the scanned gears
