Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na konstrukci třískového dopravníku. Konstrukce bude vycházet z informací plynoucích z provedené rešerše. V práci je popsán význam třískového hospodářství při současných výrobních procesech. Při rešerši byli zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých konstrukčních řešení. V přehledu výrobců došlo k porovnání portfolií. Po volbě obráběcího centra a obráběného materiálu byl zvolen vhodný typ dopravníku. Následně byly vybrány a popsány jednotlivé konstrukční prvky. Po provedení funkčních výpočtů byl zkonstruován dopravník třísek. Výstupem práce je sestavný výkres a výkresy důležitých konstrukčních částí. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the construction of a chip conveyor. The construction will be based on the information resulting from the conducted research. The thesis describes the importance of chip management in current production processes. During the research, the advantages and disadvantages of individual design solutions were evaluated. The portfolio was compared in the overview of manufacturers. After choosing the machining center and the machined material, a suitable type of conveyor was chosen. Finally, individual structural elements were selected and described. After performing the functional calculations, the chip conveyor was constructed. The output of the work is an assembly drawing and drawings of important structural parts.
