Tato diplomová práce se zabývá implementací Business Intelligence (BI) do prostředí společnosti Bio G. Cílem implementace je zlepšit efektivitu rozhodování a procesů servisního oddělení prostřednictvím lepšího využití dat a analýz získaných pomocí BI nástrojů. Strategická analýza společnosti odhalila klíčové faktory pro úspěšnou implementaci BI do procesů servisního oddělení. V práci je kladen důraz na čištění a transformaci dat, což je zásadní pro zajištění kvalitních vstupů pro analýzu a reportování pomocí nástroje Power BI. Výsledky ukazují značné zlepšení v reportování a analýze dat, což umožnilo lepší strategické rozhodování a identifikaci nových trendů. Implementace BI tak přinesla zlepšení procesů a vytvořila základ pro budoucí rozšíření v rámci společnosti. This thesis deals with the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) in the Bio G company environment. The aim of the implementation is to improve the efficiency of the service department's decision making and processes through better use of data and analysis obtained by BI tools. A strategic analysis of the company revealed the key factors for the successful implementation of BI into the service department processes. The thesis focuses on data cleansing and transformation, which is essential to provide quality inputs for analysis and reporting using Power BI. The results show significant improvements in reporting and data analysis, which has enabled better strategic decision making and the identification of new trends. Thus, the implementation of BI has brought about process improvements and created a foundation for future expansion within the company.
