Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na stanovení hodnoty podniku Moto Palič s.r.o. Je strukturována do tří hlavních částí: teoretické, analytické a návrhové. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled relevantních zdrojů a literatury, která slouží jako základní teoretický rámec celé práce. Analytická část se detailně zabývá strategickou a finanční analýzou firmy, což umožňuje čtenáři lépe porozumět situaci společnosti. Návrhová část pak vychází z informací a poznatků z předchozích kapitol a aplikuje je na výpočet hodnoty podniku pomocí výnosové metody. This master's thesis focuses on determining the value of the company Moto Palič s.r.o. It is structured into three main parts: theoretical, analytical, and propositional. The theoretical part provides an overview of relevant sources and literature, serving as the fundamental theoretical framework for the entire work. The analytical part delves into the strategic and financial analysis of the company in detail, allowing the reader to better understand the company's situation. The proposal section builds upon the information and insights from previous chapters and applies them to the calculation of the company's value using the income approach.
