Diplomová práca ,,Dopad obchodovania s povolenkami CO2 vo vysoko energeticky náročnom podniku na finančné ukazovatele“ je zameraná na zmapovanie súčasnej situácie obchodovania s emisnými povolenkami, a jeho dopad na finančné ukazovatele - EBITDA, Cash-flow v spoločnosti CEMMAC a.s. Pre vypracovanie komplexnej analýzy súčasného stavu v podniku bolo použitých hneď niekoľko analytických nástrojov – SWOT analýza, finančná analýza, korelačná analýza a detailná analýza obchodovania. Výsledkom analýzy bolo potvrdenie nevhodnosti súčasného spôsobu obchodovania s emisnými povolenkami, ktorý negatívne vplýval aj na vybrané finančné ukazovatele. Návrhová časť práce obsahuje návrhy rozdielnych spôsobov obchodovania, ktoré spoločnosti umožnia zlepšiť aktuálnu finančnú situáciu v podniku. The diploma thesis "Impact of trading with CO2 allowances in a highly energy-intensive company on financial indicators" is aimed at monitoring the current situation of trading with emission allowances and its impact on financial ratios -EBITDA, Cashflow in the company CEMMAC a.s. Several analytical tools have been used to develop a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the company - SWOT analysis, financial analysis, correlation analysis and detailed trading analysis. As a result of the analysis, the inappropriateness of the current method of trading emission allowances was confirmed, which also had a negative impact on selected financial indicators. The proposal part of the thesis contains suggestions for different trading methods that will enable the company to improve its current financial situation.
