Diplomová práce zkoumá současný stav spokojenosti zaměstnanců v malém podniku ve vztahu k řízení personální práce. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definice a vysvětlení klíčových pojmů jako je pracovní motivace, pracovní spokojenost, angažovanost a oddanost, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení kontextu problematiky. Analytická část práce prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu provedeného formou rozhovorů se zaměstnanci, kde zkoumá jejich spokojenost se stávajícím řízením. Závěrem, na základě analýzy rozhovorů, poskytuje práce konkrétní doporučení pro vedení společnosti, jak zlepšit pracovní prostředí a zvýšit spokojenost zaměstnanců ve formě doporučení na možné změny a vylepšení v současném systému řízení personální práce. This thesis examines the current state of employee satisfaction in a small business in relation to human resource management. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on definitions and explanations of key concepts such as work motivation, job satisfaction, engagement and dedication, which are necessary to understand the context of the issue. The analytical part of the thesis presents the results of a qualitative research conducted through interviews with employees to examine their satisfaction with their current management. Finally, based on the analysis of the interviews, the thesis provides specific recommendations for the company management on how to improve the working environment and increase employee satisfaction in the form of recommendations for possible changes and improvements in the current personnel management system.
