Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem změn motivačního programu ve společnosti Granhotel Brno. Práce se skládá z tří částí. Teoretická část popisuje základní teoretické východiska z oblasti motivace a lidských zdrojů. Analytická část se zaměřuje na popis zkoumané společnosti a zjišťování současného stavu motivačního programu ve firmě prostřednictvím dotazníkového průzkumu. Návrhová část je zpracována z vlastních návrhů na zlepšení motivačního systému zaměstnanců v dané společnosti na základě provedené analýzy. The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of changes in the motivation program in the company Granhotel Brno. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part describes the basic theoretical background in the field of motivation and human resources. The analytical part focuses on the description of the company under study and the identification of the current state of the motivation programme in the company through a questionnaire survey. The design part is made from the own suggestions for improving the motivation system of employees in the company based on the analysis.
