Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro založení kosmetického salonu v Třebíči. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti podnikání, popis podnikatelského plánu a jeho částí a použitých analytických metod a nástrojů. Analytická část práce obsahuje zhodnocení výstupů z analýzy mikrookolí, makrookolí, vlastních zdrojů a schopností a marketingového výzkumu pomocí SWOT matice, na jejíž základě je stanovena vhodná strategie pro nový podnik. Návrhová část práce obsahuje samotný návrh podnikatelského plánu, který vychází z teoretických poznatků, zpracovaných analýz a zvolené strategie. The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan for the establishment of a beauty salon in Trebic. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of basic concepts in the field of business, description of the business plan and its parts and the analytical methods and tools used. The analytical part of the thesis includes the evaluation of the outputs of the analysis of the microenvironment, macroenvironment, own resources and capabilities and marketing research using the SWOT matrix, on the basis of which the appropriate strategy for the new enterprise is determined. The design part of the thesis contains the actual design of the business plan, which is based on the theoretical knowledge, analyses and the chosen strategy.
