Tato bakalářská práce se detailně věnuje lišce obecné (Vulpes vulpes) a zkoumá její vztah k člověku ve středoevropskému ekosystému. Analyzuje fyzické vlastnosti, potravu, populaci, rozmnožování a chování lišky. Práce se také zabývá historií lovu, současnými mysliveckými praktikami a statistikami. Věnuje se úmrtnosti, parazitárním onemocněním a závažným chorobám lišek. Závěrečná část zdůrazňuje význam studia lišky pro biodiverzitu a dlouhodobě udržitelné myslivecké a jiné hospodaření v přírodě.
