Předmětem této práce bylo ověřit znalosti jedovatých rostlin a hub u žáků a učitelů a představit přehled vybraných jedovatých druhů rostlin a hub. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vzdělávací systém a zařazení této problematiky z hlediska vzdělávacích programů. V další části je uvedena kazuistika vážných otrav dětí, která sloužila jako jeden z podkladů pro výběr jednotlivých uvedených druhů. Přehled jednotlivých druhů je zaměřen na popis, účinné látky a projevy otrav s informacemi o možné první pomoci. U některých druhů jsou uvedeny historické zajímavosti coby možný didaktický prostředek pro výuku. V praktické části se zaměřuji na ověření hypotéz. Předpokládám malou znalost této problematiky u učitelů i u dětí. V závěru práce potvrzuji hypotézu o povrchní znalosti jedovatých rostlin a hub u učitelů. Hypotéza, kde předpokládám neznalost dětí uvedeného problému, nebyla potvrzena, ale jejich znalosti byly podpořeny předešlou prezentací na dané téma. Povědomí o jednotlivých druzích jedovatých rostlin je důležité nejen pro dětí a jejich bezpečný pobyt na školních akcích, ale i pro učitele jakožto osoby odpovědné za jejich bezpečnost. A v neposlední řadě jsou znalosti učitelů důležitou motivací pro děti. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Žáci, přírodní jedy, otravy ABSTRACTS The aim of this study is to evaluate the knowledge of poisonous plants and fungi among students and teachers and to present an overview of selected poisonous species of plants and fungi. The theoretical part focuses on the educational system and the inclusion of this issue in the Czech curriculum. The subsequent section presents case studies of serious poisonings of children, which served as one of the bases for selecting the individual species mentioned in the study. The overview of the individual species focuses on the description, active substances, and symptoms of poisoning, along with information on possible first-aid measures. Historical curiosities about some species are provided as potential didactic tools for teaching. In the practical part, I focus on verifying hypotheses, assuming a limited knowledge of this issue among both teachers and children. In the conclusion of the thesis, I confirm the hypothesis of superficial knowledge of poisonous plants and fungi among teachers. The hypothesis of children's lack of knowledge about the mentioned issue was not confirmed, but their knowledge was bolstered by a previous presentation on the topic.
