The thesis focuses on addressing the current state of the garages situated at the base of Kraví Hora in Brno. The design concept for the parking house, integrated with a sports hall, draws inspiration from the surrounding streets. These streets, strategically positioned at the entrance to Kraví Hora, exhibit dynamic fluctuations fullness and emptiness, presenting a strong opportunity to repurpose the space currently dedicated solely to parking. The cark park is envisioned as a publicly accessible facility characterized by adaptable atmospheres of openness and enclosure, reflecting the flexible utilization of its spaces which extends into the structural concept and possibilities of its redesign. The proposal aims to become a part of Kraví hora, but also of the city and its needs.
