Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem BandGap referencí podle P. Brokawa, v jednoduchém CMOS procesu a příslušných kompenzačních obvodů pro korekci křivosti výstupního napětí. V teoretické části je kladen důraz především na popis teplotní závislosti napětí UBE bipolárního tranzistoru a pochopení principu elementární BandGap reference. V návaznosti na tyto poznatky je popsána funkce a návrh obou BandGap referencí pro výstupní napětí 1,5 V. V druhé části se práce zaměřuje na popis různých metod pro korekci křivosti výstupního napětí. Na základě těchto metod jsou následně navržené BandGap reference 1. řádu doplněny o kompenzační obvody. V závěru jsou shrnuty a porovnány výsledné parametry navržených BandGap referencí bez korekce a s kompenzačním obvodem. This thesis deals with the design of a Brokaw BandGap reference, a BandGap reference in a simple CMOS process, as well as the respective compensation circuits for correcting the curvature of the output voltage. In the theoretical part, the emphasis is mainly on describing the temperature dependency of the UBE voltage of the bipolar transistor and understanding the principle of the elementary BandGap reference. Based on these findings, the function and design of both BandGap references for an output voltage of 1.5 V are described. In the second part, the thesis focuses on describing various methods for correcting the curvature of the output voltage. Based on these methods, the first-order BandGap references supplemented with compensation circuits are designed. In the conclusion, the resulting parameters of the designed BandGap references without correction and with a compensation circuit are summarized and compared.
