Práce se zaměřuje na využití síťové analýzy pří řízení projektu rekonstrukce bytu v praxi. Analyzuje současný stav domu, požadavky majitelů a jejich finanční situaci. Navrhuje způsoby a možnosti projektového řízení pomocí metod síťové analýzy. The work focuses on the use of network analysis in the reconstruction of a flat in practice. It analyzes the current state of the building, the requirements of owners and their financial situation. It proposes ways and possibilities of project management using network analysis methods.
