Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikačně programovým rozhraním Win32 a programovým jazykem symbolických instrukcí. Prácí lze tématicky rozdělit do čtyř částí. První část se zabývá základy 32bitového programování v jazyce symbolických instrukcí ve Windows.V druhé částí se výklad zaměřuje na popis prostředku Win32 sloužící ke komunikaci mezi počítači.V třetí části jsou přehledně zpracovány vybrané úlohy v jazyce symbolických instrukcí s odpovídajícím popisem a komentářem.A poslední část této diplomové práce se zabývá vytvořením vzorové aplikace. Tato aplikace a její jednotlivé části budou tvořit počítačová cvičení předmětu Počítače a jejich periferie vyučovaný na fakultě Elektrotechniky a komunikačních technologií VUT v Brně.
Main topic of this thesis is Win32 application programming interface and symbolic instructions programming language. It can be divided into four parts. First part sums the basics of 32-bit programming in symbolic instructions language in Windows. Second part describes the Win32 resources for computer intercommunication. Third part presents, describes and comments selected problems in symbolic instructions language.Last part covers a creation of an example application. This application and its parts will be the content of computer exercises in VUT Brno FEEC subject Počítače a jejich periferie.
