Smyslem této diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu podnikatelského plánu pro založení malého podniku. První část pojednává o teoretických poznatcích z oblasti podniku, podnikání a vinohradnictví. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu podnikatelského sektoru a třetí závěrečná část obsahuje návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení vinotéky. The purpose of this thesis is to create a draft business plan for a small business. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge of business, entrepreneurship and viticulture. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the business sector and the third final part contains a draft business plan for the establishment of a wine shop.
