Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vnitřního předpisu pro hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků ve společnosti ABC spol. s r. o. Se zaměřením na poskytování benefitů a dále návrhem rozvoje systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Analytická část bude obsahovat poznatky o motivaci, hodnocení a odměňovaní pracovníků v dané společnosti. V praktické části je představena společnost ABC spol. s r. o. a její komplexnější shrnutí. The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of internal regulation for evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company ABC spol. s r. o. Focusing on the provision of benefits and the proposal for the development of the remuneration system for employees. The analytical part will include knowledge of internal regulation, motivation, evaluation and rewarding of the company's employees. In the practical part is introduced company ABC spol. s r. o., and its comprehensive summary.
