Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření celostního a realistického podnikatelského plánu společnosti, která se bude zabývat chovem nosnic ve volném výběhu a prodejem vajec přes e-shop. Nejprve je vymezen problém a cíle práce spolu s metodami a postupem řešení. Následuje provedení analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti a jejich výsledky jsou shrnuty do SWOT matice. V závěrečné části je vyhotoven samotný podnikatelský plán spolu se zhodnocením, zda je realizace tohoto plánu vhodná či nikoliv. The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a holistic and realistic business plan of the company, which will deal with the breeding hens in the free range and the sale of eggs through the e-shop. First, the problem and goals of the work are defined together with the methods and solution process. The next part is an analysis of the external and internal environment of the company and their results are summed up in a SWOT matrix. In the last part, the business plan itself is prepared together with an evaluation of whether the implementation of this plan is appropriate or not.
