Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje současného stavu firemní kultury společnosti Alfaplastik a.s. V práci jsou uvedeny hlavní problémy současné firemní kulury a návrhy na jejich odstranění. Byla provedena analýza formou dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky provedeného průzkumu jsou základem pro navrţená opatření, která povedou k efektivnějšímu vyuţití podnikových zdrojů. This bachelor thesis is deals with problems about development of a present condition of company culture Alfaplastik a.s. Main problems of present company culture are mentioned in this thesis. Their suggestions, how to eliminate them, were formed too. It is supposed to improve its development. An analysis based on questionnaires was made. Results of this survey are basis for nominated remedies, which will lead to more effective utilization of company sources.
