Cílem této práce je teoreticky popsat proces a metody návrhu uživatelských rozhraní a následně ukázat aplikaci popsaných metod při návrhu a evaluaci uživatelského rozhraní systému Spokojená Jídelna. Práce popisuje jeden z možných přístupů k problematice návrhu uživatelských rozhraní, není však jediný možný. The goal of this publication is to describe process and methods of user interface design in~theory and show application of methods in user interface design and evalutation of system Spokojená Jídelna. Publication describes one of many possible approaches to user interface design, but not the only one.
