Modelling and Analysis of Logistics Processes by Applying Process and Data Mining Techniques

In this thesis, we propose an approach for modelling hidden and unknown processes and subprocesses in the example of a seaport logistics area. Having the underlying process model makes it possible to exploit more advanced algorithms since deviations and main paths are becoming visible and better controlled. The obtained model is the foundation for the core research of this work and will be enriched with key performing indicators and their forecast by applying advanced process mining, statistics, and machine learning techniques. The main difference of the approach is that we take as a target variable not any specific value, but the object - a process variant or a process type with a set of parameters. Bottleneck analysis, from one side, and predictive analysis, on the other hand, are enforced with context-aware information, especially with these additional objective process attributes.   Furthermore, the support of the descriptive ("As is") current process model with certain notation and the integration with relevant bottleneck and predictive methods compromise the advantages of the approach. The work primarily focuses on the design of algorithms and methods for supporting logistics data analysis. However, it can be adjusted and applied to other areas accordingly, which makes the approach flexible and versatile. The result of the work is the framework for unstructured process modelling and the key process parameters predictive method. This analysis of processes with their attributes might be used for decision-making systems and process maps in future.
Innovation of Managing Orders in the Company ABC

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on introducing innovation in the selected company. Theoretical part focuses on main theoretical definitions. In the analytical part the goal is to describe current state in the company and main activities of the company, to create process map and identify weak points of the order process. Internet portal will be implemented in the proposal part, which should improve and simplify the whole process; analysis and evaluation of the innovation is another part of the proposal part.
Analysis of Dashboard Attributes Based on Automatic Decomposition of Screen

The aim of this paper is to propose a method for automatic segmentation of dashboards so that they can be analyzed using aesthetic by means of metrics. These metrics analyze the properties of the screen objects by region. This method is based on bottom-up segmentation method and creates objects based on proximity. The main result is a faster and more accurate analysis of dashboards, as there is no need to manually segment the image.
Attribute Analysis of Data Presentation Using Information Dashboards

Tato práce je věnována studiu některých aspektů použitelnosti vizualizace dat v informačních dashboardech. Cílem této práce je navrhnout model popisující vybrané druhy dat, které jsou nejčastěji používané v informačních dashboardech, a jejich možné grafické reprezentace, a poté implementovat nástroj na automatické generování vizualizací dat podle navrženého modelu. Nástroj mohou využít výzkumníci zabývající se zkoumáním různých aspektů grafické reprezentace dat k provedení uživatelských testů. Ukázkový průzkum uživatelů byl rovněž proveden v rámci tohoto projektu.
Mobile Application for Presentation of Anime World Information

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and development of a mobile application for Android platform as an extension of the existing web service. The aim of the work is to implement a simple and user-friendly user interface that provides basic information about animated films. The application should also support friendly relationships between users and encourage their mutual communication. Part of the thesis is also implementation of the server part and the content recommendation system.
Mobile Application for Management of Music Band Production

This bachelor thesis describes entire process of develeopment of application MyBandSong that serves to manage creations of a musical band. A part of application is also a simple editor for writing music in the form of a tablature. Individual phases of development are described - from the requirements specification to design of a user interface, its implementation and final testing. Application is implemented in Java language for Android operating system. With MyBandSong bands can easily manage their songs and concert from one place, which can save time on rehearsals or before concerts.
Attribute Analysis of Charts Used for Data Presentation Using Information Dashboards

This bachelor thesis is related to the issue of diagrams used for data presentation in informational dashboards. The thesis also explains the process of creating dashboards, basic design principles and the area of human perception. Analysis of each individual diagram, together with their pros and cons and possibilities of use is introduced as well. The primary objective is the research of visual properties and their impact on final usability. Test set was created using the implemented graph generator, working with defined model which describes selected properties of diagrams. As the output of this thesis, a set of recommendations suitable for design of selected diagrams is defined.

The first part describes the general methods suggest user interface and tested its applicability. Furthermore, the information presented dashboard. The second part describes the analysis of the underlying system, user requirements for a new system under which it was designed and tested a new user interface.
