Tato práce se zabývá analýzou a vyhodnocením umísťování staveb dle stavebního zákona. Práce má dvě části: v teoretické části je v prvé řadě popsán stavební zákon a základní pojmy spojené s umisťováním staveb, dále jsou podrobně rozebrány formy územních rozhodnutí. Vzhledem k tomu, že problematika umisťování staveb je značně rozsáhlá, je snahou práce více se věnovat výjimkám při umisťování staveb, tedy vyhlášce č. 501/2006 Sb., v platném znění. Druhá, praktická část, na třech příkladech ukazuje právě postup projednání výjimek z odstupových vzdáleností v lokalitě Brno-venkov. V závěru práce je zhodnoceno naplnění cílů a jsou uvedeny výsledky práce. This thesis analyses and evaluates the placement of buildings according to the building code. The thesis has two parts: in the theoretical part, it describes the building code and basic concepts related to the placement of buildings, and analyses the forms of planning permission in detail. Since the issue of the placement of buildings is quite extensive, it is the thesis deals with the exceptions of buildings situation rules more in detail, namely with Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. The second, practical part, shows the procedure of proceedings these exceptions on three examples from Brno-venkov region. At the end of the thesis, goals and results of the work are evaluated.
