Náplní bakalářské práce je využití metod projektového managementu během tvorby e-shopu společnosti McRai, s. r. o. Úvodem se práce zabývá teoretickými východisky, která jsou dále využívána v ostatních částech. V následující analytické části se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu podnikatelského trhu, na kterém tato společnost podniká. Konečná část je návrhová, ve které je navržen konkrétní plán dle stanovené strategie. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí projektu. The content of the bachelor‘s thesis is the use of project management methods in creating an e-shop for company McRai, s. r. o. The thesis deals with the theoretical basis, which is further used in other parts. The following analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current state of the business market in which this company operates. The final part is the design, in which a specific plan is proposed according to the set strategy. The conclusion contains a summary of the project.
