Obsahem mojí diplomové práce „Personální management ve veřejné správě“ je představit pojem personální management a analyzovat jeho možnosti uplatnění ve veřejné správě, konkrétně ve Vězeňské službě ČR, ve věznici Kuřim se zaměřením na vzdělávání pracovníků v různých úrovních řízení. The subject of my master thesis "Management of the human resources in the public administration" is to introduce the personal management and analyse the possibilities of application in public administration, directly in the Prison of the Czech Republic in the State Prison in Kuřim with a focus on training workers in different levels of management.
