Diplomová práca pojednáva o problematike riadenej zmeny vo firemnom prostredí podľa princípov projektového managementu s nadväznosťou na oblasť elektronického obchodovania firmy. Východiskom k spracovaniu projektu je výsledok strategickej situačnej analýzy vonkajšieho okolia a odvetvia firmy a analýzy súčasného stavu firmy CONTROLSOUND, s.r.o. s prihliadnutím na stratégiu informačných a komunikačných technológií a stratégiu marketingu, ktorých kombinácia vytvára systém elektronického obchodovania. Cieľom riešenia problému riadenej zmeny je vypracovanie návrhu a plánov, ktoré poslúžia k samotnej realizácii projektu a znížia riziko neúspechu zmeny vo firme. Pre plánovanie a riadenie projektu je využitá softvérová podpora programu Microsoft Project Professional 2016. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of change management in the company environment according to the project management principles, following the field of e-commerce of the company. The starting point for project processing is the result of a strategic situational analysis of the external environment and the industry sector and the analysis of the current state of the company CONTROLSOUND, s.r.o. considering the strategy of information and communication technologies as well as the marketing strategy. The combination of which creates an e-commerce system. The solution to the problem of managed change is to develop proposals and plans that will serve to implement the project itself and reduce the risk of failure of the change in the company. For planning and managing the project will be used Microsoft Project Professional 2016 as a software support.
