Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním strategie rozvoje firmy Scootland s.r.o. Zaměřuje se na pozici firmy na trhu náhradních dílů na skútry v ČR a na Slovensku a možností jejího dalšího rozvoje. Cílem práce je plán rozvoje firmy v časovém horizontu 5 let s posloupností kroků, které po sobě budou následovat a jeichž naplnění povede k upevnění a posílení pozic na trzích, na kterých firma působí. The bachelor thesis deals with drawing up a proposal of Scootland s.r.o. development strategy. It focuses on position of company on the scooter spare parts market in the Czech republic and Slovakia and possibilities of its further growth. Goal of this work is a 5-year development plan including consequent steps which leads to strenghtening of positions on the company’s markets.
