Historie , Urbanismus Jednou z největších hodnot Květné zahrady je to, že se dochovala téměř v původním stavu. Všechny pozemky, které revitalizujeme, jsou součásti původní zahrady. Bohužel jsou neudržované, ale zahradní architektura má tu výhodu, že jde snadno obnovit. Proč tedy neuvést celý pozemek do původního stavu? Proto jsem se neřídil umistněním budovy dle zadání, ale jsem ji přesunul na jižní část pozemku. Vytvářím tak novou funkci pro toto místo. Funkce budovy Důležitým faktem pri vytvoření konceptu budovy je podle mě také to, že zahrada je sezónní zaležitost. Musí tedy obsahovat funkce které sú odlišné působením v jiném ročním období a čase. Stálé funkce - zázemí zahrady - skleníky, sklad strojů, malá ekofarma, kanceláře, manažér zahrady, zahradní architekt města Kroměříž, neziskové organizace, knihovna Sezónní funkce - divadlo, koncerty, putovní výstavy Mimosezónní funkce – inkubátor / levně pronajatelný prostor (v sezóně výstavný prostor ) pro začínající podnikatele, firmy, umělce, bádately... / Koncept samotné budovy Jedná se o další vrstvu - uměle vytvořenou krajinu. Do této struktury je vyřezaný obrys původního urbanistického plánu. Vzniká tak vlastně negace původního pavilionového charakteru místa. Samotná budova by měla být lehká dřevěná konstrukce na co nejmenších bodových základech. Jednotlivé provozy jsou pak do struktury vkládány ve formě buněk. Ekologie budovy Struktura budovy je v podstatě studeným skleníkem. Terasy se v zimním období uzavřou za pomocí PVC záclon (stejné jako se používaji ve velkých mrazících boxech v supermarketech) a bude v nich uložena část rostlin. Jednotlivé buňky budou chráněny před mrazem a návštěvník se bude moci naprosto volně pohybovat. History and Urbanism One of the most valuable thing of The Garden is that it remained in an aboriginal condition. All the sites that we should revitalise are components of the original garden. Unfortunately they are not lately used, but landscape architecture has the advantage that its much more easy to return to its primal state. Why then not to extend whole site to previous shape? That is why I did not set my proposal to this site, but moved it on south part of unused land. I will create new function for this place. Function of building The idea of the building was based on fact that The Garden is seasonally visited only. My building then need to incorporate different functions that operates during different season of the year or time scale. Permanent function - back of house of garden, conservatory, storage of mechanism, small eco-farm, offices, manager of garden, landscape architect of the city Kroměříž, non-profit institution, library Seasonal function – theatre, concerts and temporary exhibitons Out of season function - incubator / cheap spaces to let for starting businesses, companies, artists or scientists / Concept of building itself It is an another level of landscape. Old urbanistic plan of previous garden is slice to this structure. It creates negation of previous like a pavilion character of the place. The building itself is light, wooden construction set on small column base on ground. The various activities are then put inside the structure in a form of organic cells. Ecology of building Structure is actually the cold conservatory. Terraces are in winter times closed by PVC curtains / well known from big freezing fridges in supermarkets / and a part of the flora will be leaved here during cold months. The unique cells then will be saved from freeze and visitor will be free to enjoy movement all over the green place.
