Práca sa zaoberá kvalitatívnym výskumom v oblasti podpory budovania reputácie pomocou informačných technológií v slovenských firmách a implementáciou zistených poznatkov do návrhu novej informačnej stratégie firmy. Okrem samotného návrhu práca poskytuje postup, ako zaviesť novo vytvorenú informačnú stratégiu do firmy prostredníctvom praktík organizačného rozvoja a zmeny.
This thesis employs qualitative research with focus on corporate information technology strategy which is perceived as a tool used to build and maintain reputation in Slovak companies. The newly generated knowledge is then used to develop a new information technology strategy and implement it to a company using the best organization development and change practices.
