Bakalářská práce se zabývá založením nového podniku v oblasti pohostinství, konkrétně provozovny rychlého občerstvení. Pracuje se zde s analýzou současné situace na trhu, identifikují se příležitosti a možná rizika podnikání. Důraz je kladen zejména na postup při startu podnikání v tomto oboru. Nedílnou součástí práce je také vypracování organizačního a finančního plánu. This thesis focuses on a new business in the hospitality industry, specifically in the fast food. It works here with an analysis of the current market situation, identify the opportunities and risk of doing business. The emphasis is on how to start business in this field. An integral part of the work is also developing organizational and financial plan.
