Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou strategického managementu. Je zaměřena na měření výkonnosti společnosti Invia.cz, a.s. pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. V teoretické části je popsán koncept metody Balanced Scorecard a postup při její implementaci. Další část tvoří strategická a finanční analýza, které slouží jako podklad tohoto konceptu. A hlavní část tvoří návrh implementace konceptu do strategického řízení vybrané společnosti. Na závěr jsou zhodnoceny možné rizika a předpokládané přínosy této metody. The Master’s thesis deals with question of strategic management. It is focused on performance measurement Invia.cz, a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard method. Theoretical part describes concept of the Balanced Scorecard and proces of its implementation. The next part of thesis includes strategic and financial analysis which serves as the basis of this concept. A major part includes proposal of concept implementation into the strategic management. At the end, possible risks and anticipated benefits of this method are evaluated
