Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá uplatnením techník projektového manažmentu pri plánovaní projektu vo vybranej firme. Popisuje, ktoré nástroje z teórie projektového manažmentu a sieťovej analýzy sú východiskami pre plánovanie projektu a zavádza ich do skutočného prostredia na konkrétny projekt. Práca obsahuje návrhy na zlepšenie realizácie projektu z hľadiska minimalizácie jeho časovej realizácie, nákladov a použitia zdrojov. Bachelor's thesis deals with the application of project management techniques within project planning in a selected company. It describes the tools of project management theory and network analysis in managing a project and implements them to real environment for a specific project. The thesis contains suggestions that improve project implementation in terms of minimising execution time, costs and use of resources.
