Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sestavení podnikatelského plánu k založení konkurenceschopného malého podniku, zabývající se prodejem příze, látek a sortimentu pro tvorbu. Práce je rozdělená do tří částí. První část se zaměřuje na základní teoretické pojmy. Druhá část prakticky analyzuje prostředí budoucího podniku. V poslední části je sestaven podnikatelský plán, doplněný o harmonogram podnikání. The diploma thesis focuses on creating the business plan to establish a competetive small company dealing with scale of yarn, fabrics and handmade assortment. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on basic theoretical concepts. The second part practically analyses the environment of the future company. In the last part, a business plan is compiled with business schedule.
