Diplomová práca sa zaoberá aplikáciou agilných metodík s cieľom zvýšenia efektívnosti riadenia projektov v konkrétnej spoločnosti so zameraním na vývoj webových aplikácií. Pripravenie vhodného návrhu zmeny projektového riadenia napomôže firme lepšie zakomponovať do svojich procesov agilitu, zvýšiť efektivitu implementácie a možnosť pružnejšie reagovať na rýchlo meniace sa potreby svojich zákazníkov. The diploma thesis deals with the application of agile methods, with the goal of increasing the efficiency of project management flow, in a specific company that focuses on web application development. Preparing a suitable project management change proposal will help the company better integrate agility into its processes, increase implementation efficiency, and the ability to respond more flexibly to the rapidly changing needs of its customers.
