Diplomová práce je zpracována za účelem vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na základě franchisového konceptu podnikání v oblasti zdravého životního stylu. Podnikatelský záměr vychází z analytické části práce, kde je zpracována analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, analýza konkurence a dotazníkové šetření potencionálních klientů. Nový franchisový podnik je vytvořen na bázi zaběhlé metody konceptu THINK. Výstup diplomové práce je doporučení při realizaci podnikatelského záměru. The diploma thesis is designed to create a business plan based on the franchise concept of a healthy lifestyle business. The business plan is based on the analytical part of the thesis, which analyzes the internal and external environment, analysis of competition and a questionnaire survey of potential clients. The new franchise business is built on the concept of the THINK concept. The output of the diploma thesis is recommended when implementing the business plan.
