Zameraním tejto diplomovej práce je posúdenie informačného systému a návrh zmien. Východisko k spracovaniu analytickej a návrhovej časti tvorí teoretický základ problematiky. Využité metódy pri analýzach sú z prostredia projektového managementu. Výstupy tejto práce sa orientujú na postup a spôsob implementácie, a riadenie ľudských zdrojov. Návrhy riešenia sú orientované na podnik pohybujúci sa v segmente informačných technológií. The aim of this thesis is to assess the information system and its modification. The base for processing the analytical and design part is theoretical root of the problem. Methods used in the analysis are from project management environment. The outputs of this work are focused on procedure and method of implementation, and management of human resources. Solution proposals are focused on the company operating in the information technology segment.
