Bakalářská práce analyzuje chování spotřebitele na trhu erotických pomůcek. Teoretická část se zabývá zejména faktory ovlivňující chování zákazníka. Dále pojednává o nákupním rozhodování, které může být ovlivněno komunikačním mixem. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu místa prodeje a deskripci marketingových aktivit vybrané společnosti. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou vytvořeny návrhy na změny konkrétních oblastí komunikačního mixu. Tyto změny by měly zajistit lepší vnímání dané problematiky v rámci celé společnosti. The bachelor thesis analyzes consumer behavior in a particular sphere. The theoretical part deals mainly with the influencing factors consumer behavior. This part also discusses about the purchasing decisions that may be influenced by the communication mix. The practical part contains an analysis of the point of sale and a description of marketing activities of the selected company. Based on the performed analysis, are made proposals for changes in specific areas of the communication mix. These changes should ensure a better perception of the issue throught whole society.
